Great to meet you!

Mabuhay! (Welcome)

Seeking support takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you. As a BIPOC, Trauma-Focused Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in multiple states, I provide a safe, inclusive space for healing. Currently pursuing certification as a Sex Therapist, I aim to support your wellness journey with compassion and culturally responsive care. Let’s work together toward growth and resilience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a trauma-focused, decolonized approach, integrating Motivational Interviewing (MI) and a Strengths-Based perspective. Using somatic techniques and evidence-based methods like CBT, TF-ACT, and SFT, I tailor care to your needs. In sex therapy, we’ll explore communication, desire, and sexual diversity. As a financial social worker, I help address financial anxiety, impulsive spending, and fostering a healthier relationship with money. Let’s work together toward growth and empowerment!

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where they feel safe to explore their challenges. My goal is to help clients increase self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and harness their strengths. Together, we set achievable goals whether it’s improving emotional regulation, healing from trauma, enhancing communication, or building healthier relationships. Clients often leave sessions feeling empowered, with practical tools for growth, healing, and resilience.
