Great to meet you!

What I mostly enjoy doing is assisting people to improve the quality of their lives and to improve their relationships through talk therapy. I hold a doctorate degree which enables me to work at the intersection of psychology and spirituality. I am particularly astute in listening and talking in ways that engender healing, hope, and wellbeing. I work well with motivated adults. People find me easy to talk with and report a deeper connection with themselves and others after working with me.

My approach to therapy

My approach to talk therapy is collaborative. I seek to create a safe, secure, and warm environment that is empowering and when it's necessary challenging. I am trained in the art of individual and relationship therapy. I enjoy seeing couples/partners develop deeper connections, as they let go of fears and defenses while embracing openness and love.

What you can expect from me

In working with me, you would walk away with increased understanding, reduced anxiety, deeper connection with yourself and others, and a sense of being seen and felt. This would lead to a focus on and accomplishment of your therapeutic goals and objectives.
