Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Lexi, an LCSW and PMH-C. You thought having a baby would feel different. Instead, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or not quite like yourself. I specialize in maternal mental health, supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum challenges, including postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, infertility, and birth trauma. Many of my clients look like they're holding it together but feel exhausted and stuck inside. In therapy, we make sense of what you're experiencing and help you feel grounded, clear, and like yourself again. If you're looking for a perinatal therapist on the Main Line or Philly suburbs, reach out.

My approach to therapy

As a mom of two, I bring personal and professional understanding to perinatal mental health work. I know how overwhelming this season can be, and I'm passionate about helping others feel less alone through pregnancy and the transition into parenthood. My specialties include postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, OCD, fertility challenges, and adjustment.

What you can expect from me

If you’re feeling overwhelmed during pregnancy or postpartum, you don’t have to go through it alone. I bring advanced training in perinatal mental health and mindfulness. I offer warm, thoughtful support. When you feel ready, you’re welcome to reach out and take the next step.
