Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Relationships are my specialty, and I especially enjoy working with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and questions of identity and connection.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Gonzaga University. My work is grounded in attachment, trauma-informed care, and a genuine curiosity about each person’s story.

I also am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) a highly effective modality for processing and healing from trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity and compassion. I believe that many of the patterns we struggle with make sense once we understand where they came from, and that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to explore them.

Together, we will make sense of what is keeping you stuck, and work toward greater connection with yourself and the people who matter most. I’ll meet you with honesty and compassion while respecting that you are the expert on your own life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing and what your hopes are for the future.

You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say. I’ll ask questions, listen, and help us begin making sense of what’s going on. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and with a better understanding of what therapy will feel like.
