Great to meet you!

I believe in the power of healing through relationships and that the experiences we’ve lived through can be a part of our stories while not defining the core of who we are or where and how we may move forward in life. I’m committed to approaching clients with genuine authenticity, nonjudgmental-ness and compassion and my hope is to reflect a mirror through which you may see yourself and others with the same qualities.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual and family while primarily practicing with Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Circle of Security Parenting. I find these modalities overlap with acknowledgment of our intersectional past, present and future and our intergenerational patterns and stories. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, client-centered, attachment-based, somatic-oriented, and culturally-humble practices.

What you can expect from me

Supporting adults, couples, and parents and young children with regulated connection with themselves and others is central in my practice. I help clients develop their own therapeutic toolkit to manage their responses to emotions, stressors, challenging behaviors, grief, trauma, relationships, and life changes. This often involves exploring healthy coping and relational skills as well as reflective processing about the past, present and future to wholeheartedly connect with yourself and your relationships over time.
