Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) that specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults through emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. With a Master's Degree in School Counseling, I have an extensive background working with children and families in school and outpatient settings.

My approach to therapy

My work combines Person-Centered theory with CBT, REBT, and Solution-Focused approaches to help clients understand their feelings and build real-world coping tools. I show up as genuine, warm, and often a bit funny to help young clients feel at ease, but I’m also honest and direct when guiding them and their families. I strive to help each client feel capable, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about connection. I’ll spend time learning about you or your child's strengths, challenges, and day-to-day experiences while helping you feel safe and understood. We’ll talk through what therapy will look like, set some early goals, and make sure everyone feels comfortable with the process. I’m here to make the start of therapy feel as easy and approachable as possible.
