Hello, I'm Lexius Breny. I work and maintain an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative environment that is safe and embracing all cultures and backgrounds. Over the years I have assisted children and family, married couples, teens, premarital couples, adults, and spiritually oriented needs of those came to me. I am all about solution using what has proven to work for other individuals. If you are someone who's having trouble processing your mental health diagnosis I'm here for you, self-empowerment needs I'm here for you, and life transitions I'm here for you. You are not alone, I will make Sure your voice is heard.

Working together I can help you overcome what you may have thought was impossible to overcome. I have worked with countless youth and young adults, families, married couples and premarital couples. I have had success in assisting them achieving their goals. I can help you too.

Sometimes although individuals utilize words to express understanding, we have to keep in mind it is a felt need not a telling priority, meaning I know what it takes to make you feel heard understanding what empathy truly means. I have spent a serious amount of time processing how my interactions with you can serve you best.
