Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lexus, a licensed therapist and proud Florida State University graduate. Since 2016, I’ve worked with individuals and families navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and major life transitions. I’m passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients can begin healing at their own pace. As a new wife and mother, I understand the importance of balancing multiple roles and the power of extending grace to ourselves in seasons of growth and change. My goal is to meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they move toward healing and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and grace. I use a solution-focused framework combined with practical life skills to help clients navigate challenges and discover their strengths. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, we work together to identify your goals, explore patterns, and develop tools that empower you to move forward. Whether you’re processing trauma, managing anxiety, or adjusting to life changes, I strive to make therapy both supportive and actionable.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a greater sense of clarity, self-compassion, and practical strategies they can apply to daily life. My hope is that each session gives you not only insight into yourself but also the tools to manage challenges and build resilience. Above all, I want you to walk away feeling supported, empowered, and reminded that giving yourself grace is an essential part of the healing process.
