Great to meet you!

I received my MSW from Bryn Mawr College in 2011 and have been working clinically with individuals and families since. I have over 10 years of experience supporting clients struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, complex trauma histories, and grief and loss. I practice using CBT, Mindfulness-based CBT and ACT frameworks as a guide, and work from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, and compassionate, but I am also direct and care deeply about you finding the outcome you desire. As your therapist my goal is to create a safe and neutral place for you to begin the process of deepening your understanding of yourself. As your confidence grows so too will your ability to trust yourself and to create the life that you long to live.

What you can expect from me

My practice is defined by respectful collaboration. I want you to feel understood and affirmed and with each meeting more clear on the steps you need to take to get the outcome you want and deserve.
