Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed therapist with over a decade of experience supporting people through life’s transitions. I help clients shift long-standing patterns, find steadiness, and reconnect with who they truly are. My own journey, rooted in exploring belonging, self-worth, and alignment, has shaped a practice that blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and body-based tools. When helpful, I may also incorporate holistic practices like breathwork or grounding exercises to support deeper self-awareness and calm.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and culturally responsive. I combine talk therapy with practical, body-based tools to help you feel safe, calm, and more regulated. Together, we work on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and finding small, realistic ways to feel better day to day.

I use approaches like the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), somatic therapy, and parts work to help you manage stress, understand your emotions, and build lasting confidence. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, burnout, or a big life change, I’ll meet you with care, honesty, and a pace that fits you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll slow down and get curious about what’s been feeling heavy or confusing for you. My role is to help you make sense of what’s happening inside, your thoughts, emotions, and body’s signals, at a pace that feels comfortable.

You can expect a calm, honest space where we begin identifying patterns and exploring what supports more understanding, steadiness, and self-trust in your daily life. Over time, many clients feel more confident making choices that reflect who they truly are approaching life’s changes with greater steadiness and self-trust
