Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist committed to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationships, divorce, and the lasting effects of trauma.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. I integrate EMDR into my work when appropriate, supporting clients in reducing the emotional impact of distressing memories and building a greater sense of stability and control.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and genuine human connection. I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted—without judgment or pressure.

Creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment is at the core of my work. Here, you are free to express yourself openly and honestly. Together, we can build resilience, foster self-awareness, and move toward a greater sense of balance, clarity, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, understand patterns, and develop practical tools for managing life’s challenges. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I aim to support you at your own pace, honoring your unique story and strengths.
