I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience providing treatment to a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and intellectual abilities. I have a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Master of Arts in Counseling. I have worked extensively with adults and adolescents with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to provide each client with therapeutic "safe space" to process challenging situations, build skills, maneuver difficult emotions, and to actively support them on their wellness journey.
