Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana and have been working in the field of counseling and mental health over 20 years. Via telehealth sessions, I will meet clients where they are on their journey as they encounter challenges including stress, burnout, life transitions, trauma, racial trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and grief and loss. I believe it is important to learn how to anchor through a storm and how to get up after being knocked down, to find our voice and to speak it with courage and discernment, and to learn one’s own values and to bring those values everywhere. Therapy provides the opportunity to enhance and optimize all areas of life.

My approach to therapy

I have a collaborative approach to therapy which is solution-focused, client-centered, and growth-oriented. I will encourage you to explore beyond your comfort zones and deepen your understanding of self. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals drawing from my training in CBT, ACT and DBT as well as principles from psychodynamic and positive psychology. In our sessions, we will work together to identify challenges and develop personalized strategies that support your growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Ultimately, I will strive to empower you to live a more fulfilling and authentic life. My goal as a therapist is to support you in developing greater self-awareness, building emotional resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change. I aim to help you overcome obstacles, improve relationships, and align your life with your personal values and goals. Together we will identify and set goals that truly matter to you and continually adapt our work to support your personal growth and evolving needs.
