Lia Wolfe

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Lia brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and passion to her clients, backed by 10 years of experience in eating disorder treatment at inpatient, residential, and outpatient levels of care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Florida State University. She also earned a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and a certificate in Integrated Behavioral Health from the University of Denver. I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety, and resolving underlying trauma using various body based approaches.

Lia offered a safe and celebratory space to help outdoor enthusiasts, perfectionists, and people pleaser's build resilience, and increase mind body connection and nervous system regulation. I offer an innovative blend of talk therapy and nature based adventure therapy, including clinical climbing therapy and nature based parts work (IFS). Lia utilizes a Health at Every Size (HAES) and trauma informed approaches to foster an inclusive and compassionate environment where all bodies, stories, and identities are respected and valued.

Clients will find a safe, warm, and inviting space to process what is coming up day to day, how that relates to past trauma, and how to heal past wounds. With an emphasis on client autonomy, we will collaborate on goals to help you increase resilience, reduce anxiety, and find freedom in relationship to food and body image.
