Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals navigating recurring challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, low self-worth, addiction, shame, trauma-related patterns, job stress and relationship difficulties.

My approach focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life. I believe people often come to therapy not because they are broken, but because the coping strategies that once helped them survive may no longer support the life they want to create.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate but direct. I draw from DBT, CBT, IFS, ACT, and trauma-informed care to help clients build insight, practice acceptance, develop coping skills, and understand the different parts of themselves that may be pulling in different directions. A major focus of my work is helping clients move beyond simply gaining more information and begin implementing change in daily life. Therapy should not only help you understand yourself; it should help you live differently.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a supportive, honest, and nonjudgmental space to talk about what has brought them to therapy and what they want to change. We will explore current struggles, patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and what safety, support, and progress could look like moving forward. My goal is to begin building a clear understanding of the client’s needs while helping them feel respected, heard, and supported in taking meaningful steps toward change.
