Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist who trained at Stanford Medicine, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties with adults and teens. The clients I work best with seek to better understand themselves, build better habits and gain skills to navigate intense emotions. I also have expertise in teaching conflict resolution, setting and maintaining boundaries, and expressing and getting relationship needs met.

My approach to therapy

I utilize the evidence-based treatments of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my practice. These modalities are action-oriented, and I often collaborate on creating homework outside of sessions to work on your specific goals.

What you can expect from me

I believe that we are all already doing the best that we can. I take great care to provide a non-judgmental, safe space to explore your desired changes. My therapeutic style emphasizes compassion while being collaborative and action-focused. If you are ready, let's curate a toolbox to create a life you love.
