Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting kids, teens, adults, couples, and families in inpatient, community, hospital, and juvenile justice settings.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. You might be navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or the impact of past experiences that still feel present. I offer individual and couples therapy for adults and adolescents (ages 8+) navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and the overall impact of past experiences.

My practice is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, and all services are provided via secure telehealth. I also know that finding time for therapy can be challenging, and with my flexible schedule I hope we can find a time that feels right and works for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and focused on helping you better understand yourself while creating meaningful, lasting change. I work with individuals and couples, integrating approaches such as EMDR to support the processing of difficult experiences and reduce emotional distress.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and move at a pace that works for you. Whether you're working through something specific or trying to make sense of patterns in your life, you don’t have to have it all figured out... just Start Here.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping to achieve, and what support feels most helpful. You can expect a welcoming space, clear communication, and a plan that best suits you and your schedule. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood and supported, not overwhelmed.
