Great to meet you!

Facing difficult emotional and interpersonal circumstances in our lives can make us feel overwhelmed and helpless, but it can also create space for growth and healing. I have a gentle, while direct approach, with intention to collaboratively support you in becoming the healthiest version of yourself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe the importance of the therapeutic process is to assist clients with insight into emotional regulation, behavior change, and productive thought patterns. I commonly pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, Motivational Interviewing, and Client Centered. I have worked for the last 15 years in residential treatment, partial hospitalization, and/or outpatient. I work with teens, families, young adults, and adults. I have significant experience with depression, anxiety, life changes, complex trauma, parenting, and mood disorders.

What you can expect from our first session

I show up with authenticity, humor, and compassion. I am not perfect and do not expect my clients to be! My goal is to provide a secure and safe space that will allow for processing, gaining insight, and facilitating space for healing and change.
