Hi There! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Florida, Massachusetts and Virginia. I received my Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Florida International University.

I have been practicing for 5 years and I provide my services in both English and Spanish.

I specialize in providing comprehensive support and Psychoeducation. I focus on assisting individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relational challenges, and low self-esteem. Through a holistic framework, I collaborate with clients to enhance their overall well-being and mental health in a safe and non-judgmental space.

As a Clinician, I am committed to provide a safe and non-judgmental space. I ensure that sessions are conducted in an atmosphere of trust and that my clients feel heard and supported.

My goal is to facilitate a sense of ease while collaboratively identifying underlying issues and establishing realistic goals for the future.

I provide a warmth and compassionate approach but also help clients hold themselves accountable.

Through active listening, Psychoeducation and blending evidence-based techniques, I create and provide personalized care.

I believe in meeting my clients where they are in their journey.

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions to get to know one another.

This session is about building trust and establishing a therapeutic relationship. Its also about creating an empathetic and open environment.

I will offer support and validate your feelings, but there will be no pressure to share more than what you feel ready to.

We will discuss specific challenges you're facing, any concerns you may have, or any reservations you may feel about therapy.

This is a great opportunity for you to ask questions and we will discuss expectations for our therapeutic alliance.

This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work together to support your growth, healing and well-being.

By the end of the session, my goal is to have provided you with a comfortable and safe space where you feel hopeful, confident and eager for the journey ahead.
