Great to meet you!

I am accepting new appointments for individual adults.

I am dedicated to guiding you towards solutions, hope, and meaning as you endure the struggles and questions of life. I firmly believe that every person can have hope, healing, and positive change in their life, as long as they are open to it! I'm passionate about meeting you where you are and helping you discover the specific tools you need for healing and a brighter future! I find it an honor to walk with people of all ages on their journeys.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, and I understand that each facet of us is connected (body connected to mind, mind to soul, etc). I have been trained in EMDR, which has been an effective modality for many trauma survivors. I also often utilize DBT in therapy, as well as creative interventions (art, sandtray, etc). The main clients that I serve are young adults in their 20's and 30's. I also specialize in faith-based counseling.

What you can expect from me

I strive for a warm and welcoming environment. It is likely you will leave session with a fresh perspective. You'll also likely leave with one or two action items to put into practice that will assist you in healing and improving your life.

Don't hesitate to call (214) 556-0996 or email [email protected] in order to schedule a session!
