Great to meet you!

Sometimes we don't need a 'fix' as much as we need a caring witness — someone to sit with us in the hard places, to help us find our way through. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and the kind of life transitions that shake your sense of who you are. I hold two master's degrees and a PhD from Columbia University, with training in multiple therapeutic approaches, which I integrate based on what each person needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relational, and tailored to you. I draw on psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and other evidence-based modalities — not as a fixed formula, but as a flexible toolkit. I follow your lead, honoring the pace and depth that feels right for you. I believe that real change happens both through insight and through the experience of feeling genuinely understood.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll want to understand what brings you in, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — many people come in not quite knowing where to start, and that's okay. By the end, we'll have a clearer sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
