Great to meet you!

I believe that caring for your mental health in a respectful, supportive, and confidential environment can have a meaningful and positive impact on your life. We all need a safe space where we can slow down, reflect, gain insight, and develop the skills needed to navigate the people, relationships, and challenges in our lives.

I especially enjoy working with parents who are looking for ways to better understand, connect with, and support their children—even when parenting feels especially challenging. My goal is to help you build practical tools, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in your role as a parent.

Most importantly, I want to give you the time and space you need to better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and move toward the life you want. I believe in your ability to grow and make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I meet each client where they are and work together with them, step by step, toward meaningful goals. Therapy can be a place to explore patterns, develop new perspectives, and learn practical skills that can make everyday life more manageable.

We will focus on what is most important to you while creating realistic steps toward positive change. My hope is that you leave therapy with greater self-awareness, useful tools, and a stronger sense of confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will take time to understand what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin identifying practical steps toward achieving them. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, share what you need, and begin creating a path forward that feels right for you.

My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported—and to leave each session with greater clarity, insight, or a useful tool you can carry with you.

You don't have to navigate everything alone. I look forward to helping you discover your strengths, build new skills, and move toward your best self.
