Great to meet you!

Something brought you to this site today. Whether you’re in the thick of a crisis, haunted by past traumas, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or wrestling with anxiety...you’re here. Over the past decade my clinical work has focused primarily on trauma, anxiety, self injurious behaviors, emotional regulation, family stressors, and intimate partner abuse. I’ve worked with folks in individual, family and group therapy, ranging from ages 3-65, in outpatient, inpatient, and group home settings. Currently I offer individual and family therapy through telehealth.

My approach to therapy

I believe in honoring people’s strength and insight while providing a safe space to process feelings, explore their story, and foster healthy change. Using a variety of approaches—such as Strength-Based, Humanistic, Psychoanalytic, and Trauma Focused—we will work collaboratively every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Establishing short term goals while also working on developing a therapeutic relationship, our first session will focus on getting to know one another and sketching out what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. We’ll move at your pace—whether that’s diving right into the deep-end nitty gritty, or slowly easing your way into the shallow end with some swimmies.
