Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University (2010). Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, crisis, substance use, homelessness, and relationship difficulties. My professional experience has given me the opportunity to support clients from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances, helping them navigate both immediate struggles and long‐term growth.

My goal is to help you feel empowered, resilient, and confident in moving forward. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and self‐discovery, I invite you to reach out—I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, meaning our work together is guided by your unique needs, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey—one where you don’t have to face struggles alone. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to explore what’s holding you back and build tools to move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll find a safe, welcoming space to share your story at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore your goals and begin building a plan that feels supportive, empowering, and tailored to you.
