Great to meet you!

Libby Ann Triolo has been working in the field for eight years. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Colorado State University and attended the University of Colorado - Denver for her master's in counseling. She believes in treating her client's needs over labels. Her approach is to treat you as an individual and partner with you in the healing process.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting my clients where they are and creating a collaborative solution to what brings them to treatment. I want to challenge my clients to view themselves in a new light and work towards mindset shifts that allow them to be their most authentic and successful selves. I use a combination of ACT, CBT and Solution-Focused in my work with clients.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will discuss what brings you to therapy at this time, your mental health history and your goals for our work together. I strive to create an environment of comfort and empowerment.
