Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched too thin? You don't have to navigate it alone. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Connecticut, helping adults work through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, recognize your strengths, and build the confidence to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, even when things feel messy or difficult to put into words. We’ll work together to understand what you’re experiencing, recognize your strengths, and identify changes that feel meaningful to you.

Our work may include understanding your emotions, exploring relationship patterns, setting healthier boundaries, softening self-criticism, and developing ways to manage stress. Whether you’re working through trauma, relationship conflict, separation, or a major life transition, we’ll make room for both what hurts and what you hope for.

I value your perspective and welcome your feedback. Your culture, identity, relationships, and life circumstances matter, and we’ll shape our work around your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

You don’t need to have the right words, a clear goal, or your whole story ready. Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy.

I’ll ask about what’s been challenging, how it’s affecting your daily life, and what you hope might feel different with support. We’ll also talk about your background, important relationships, strengths, and any previous experiences with therapy. I’ll explain confidentiality and its limits, answer your questions, and discuss how we might work together.

You can share at a pace that feels comfortable; you won’t be expected to go into every painful detail right away. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, with a clearer sense of our next steps and whether working with me feels like a good fit.
