Great to meet you!

I earned my Master's degree in Marital and Family Therapy with specialized training in clinical art therapy, and have gained over 12 years of experience helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, traumatic stress and grief. I completed additional training in yoga, mindfulness and Reiki, and like to work these practices into sessions as appropriate to enhance clients' wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

I take a humanistic approach to therapy, guided by the client's individual needs. During early sessions with a new client, we delve into the issues at hand with curiosity and compassion. I often incorporate art and body-based practices to support self-awareness and emotional regulation, as well as cognitive behavioral interventions to illuminate and shift deeply held beliefs that interfere with wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard and accepted, to authentically connect with their feelings, to feel more grounded in their bodies, and to learn subtle shifts in thinking and communication that can enhance their experience of their lives.
