Great to meet you!

I value authenticity and connection in the therapy space. I show up as a real person - warm, thoughtful, and engaged - while holding a safe and professional container for our work. I believe healing happens through relationships built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan to begin; we’ll figure things out together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real-life experiences. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and respected as the experts of their own lives. Rather than focusing on “fixing” problems, we work together to build insight, strengthen relationships, and develop tools that feel sustainable and authentic. Sessions move at a pace that honors where you are and what you’re ready for.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to begin building trust and understanding. I’ll invite you to share what feels most important right now, while also explaining how I work and what you can expect moving forward. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly where to start. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, grounded, and supported.
