My approach to therapy

Lien has a holistic and mindfulness approach to treatment and believes in treating the whole person in mind, body, and spirit to find balance and bodhi (enlightenment, awakening). Lien’s style has been described as genuine, empathic, and also direct. For over 11 years, Lien has helped clients manage difficult conflicts, enrich their relationships and form deeper bonds with their children. Lien believes that in order for her clients to heal and grow, they first need to gain trust and feel safe.
