I’m a first-generation Guatemalan-American, cis-gendered Latinx Therapist in Los Angeles and Torrance, California. Through the past 9 years, I have supported adults across California — especially First‐Gen, BIPOC, and queer folks — who want to understand their feelings more deeply, heal from anxiety and people‐pleasing, and strengthen self‐trust and healthy connection in their relationships.
My Practice is Deeply Shaped by my commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming care and my training in both Western and culturally informed healing frameworks. I hold a strong belief that therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, harmonious, and client-centered.
