Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Likedra. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults who are seeking support, clarity, and a compassionate space to pause and breathe during life’s challenges. I enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and I welcome clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.

I am currently a doctoral candidate, and I approach therapy as a collaborative process—one where your voice, goals, and lived experiences truly matter. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for deeper self-understanding, I believe therapy can help bring insight, healing, and meaningful growth. I enjoy walking alongside individuals on their life journey and supporting them as they build resilience, clarity, and confidence at their own pace.

My therapeutic style is warm, curious, and encouraging. I believe growth is possible even during the most difficult seasons, and that therapy can be a space where storms don’t just disrupt—but help clear the path forward.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy being outdoors, watching a good show, creating art, spending time with family, and experiencing live performances such as concerts, operas, and plays. One quote that reflects my approach to this work is: “Not all storms come to disrupt your life; some come to clear your path.”

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, kind, and understanding — with a good dose of energy and humor when it fits. Clients describe me as approachable, supportive, and easy to connect with. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, honest about what you’re struggling with, and supported as you work toward change. We move at a pace that feels right for you and focus on helping you feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

From the very first session, my goal is for you to feel comfortable and understood. We’ll talk about what brought you in and what you’re hoping for, and I’ll give you a clear sense of what a safe, supportive therapy journey with me can look like. You’ll leave feeling heard, grounded, and reassured that you don’t have to go through this alone.
