She works with clients from a variety of backgrounds and offers a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy.

Lilas earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from Connecticut College and completed her Master’s in Social Work (MSW) at New York University in 2017. She has received specialized training in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Short-Term Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which she integrates into her practice to support clients facing a wide range of concerns, including addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, PTSD, eating and feeding disorders, mood disorders, gender dysphoria, and psychological distress.

When she’s not working with clients, Lilas enjoys spending time outdoors, often running, playing beach volleyball, rock climbing, or reading. Her commitment to self-care and personal growth informs the energy and compassion she brings to her work.
