Great to meet you!

Therapy with Lili is a space to slow down and finally exhale. Whether you're feeling consumed by overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or simply tired of carrying so much on your own, you don't need to have it all figured out before showing up. Together, we'll explore not only your thoughts, but also the ways your nervous system, experiences, and relationships have shaped how you move through the world. I approach your story with curiosity, care, and humility, using everyday language and relatable metaphors to help things feel clearer.

My specialties include anxiety, overthinking, grief & loss, guilt & shame, burnout, chronic pain, and relationship conflict.

My approach to therapy

My therapy practice strives to continue to question oppressive expectations, disrupt the status quo, and move away from people and environments that ask us to be small.

I draw from specialized approaches like somatic strategies, inner child healing, intuitive work, visualizations, and building emotional vocabulary. All, so you can finally understand what’s really going on inside your mind and body.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation where I gather details about your family system(s), cultural background, mental health history, medical health, and substance use history. Gathering this information helps us understand how your past experiences shape the challenges you may be facing today. I try my best to create a warm, friendly space where you can share at your own pace. Trust takes time to build, and you’re never pressured to share more than what you’re comfortable with.
