Lili Kayano

I started my career about 10 years ago, working with high-need individuals in residential programs. From there, I branched out to work with female inmates, which ultimately led me to focus on attachment and trauma.

My main areas of focus are trauma, anxiety and depression, and we will utilize a variety of intervention modalities, such as EMDR, Parts and Memory, CBT and mindfulness to tailor treatment to each one of your goals.

I support holistic and comprehensive approaches to health that support the connection between physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual well-being.

I attempt to create a warm and accepting environment in which clients feel safe to explore their triggers and feelings, as well as past experiences that have reinforced unhealthy patterns of behaviors and/or emotional responses.
