Great to meet you!

Welcome! I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive place where they feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology in Mexico and am currently pursuing a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy. I support adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship or family difficulties, life transitions, and the effects of difficult or traumatic experiences. Using solution-focused and narrative approaches, I help clients recognize their strengths, find hope, and work toward meaningful change in either English or Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, open-minded, and collaborative. I take time to understand your story, strengths, culture, and the changes you would like to make. Using solution-focused and narrative therapy, we will work together to identify practical steps, develop healthier coping strategies, and build on what is already working in your life. I will listen without judgment, support you through difficult experiences, and gently challenge you when it may help you grow.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will create a warm and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to change, and what is already helping you. Together, we will identify your strengths and begin developing realistic goals that feel meaningful to you. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about your next steps.
