Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both medical and mental health care. My experience working in critical care has given me the privilege of supporting individuals through some of their most challenging moments, which shaped my compassionate, patient-centered approach.

I support adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and attention difficulties. I believe in providing care that is both evidence-based and holistic, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs. My approach combines thoughtful medication management with attention to lifestyle factors, coping strategies, and collaboration with therapists or other providers when appropriate.

Clients who work with me can expect a warm, supportive environment where they feel heard, respected, and empowered to play an active role in their healing journey. My goal is to help you find balance, build resilience, and move toward becoming the best version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I recognize that each individual has different needs and goals, and I take the time to listen and understand before creating a treatment plan. I combine evidence-based medication management with a holistic perspective that considers lifestyle, coping strategies, and overall well-being. I value open communication and shared decision-making, empowering clients to be active participants in their care. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged as they move toward healing and balance.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where their concerns are heard. Together, we’ll work on identifying goals and developing a treatment plan that feels both manageable and meaningful. Sessions focus not only on managing symptoms but also on building coping skills, resilience, and strategies that promote long-term well-being. My hope is that clients leave each session feeling heard, understood, and empowered with tools they can use in daily life.
