I work with children, teens, and adults using an integrative therapy style that draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), art and play therapy, solution-focused strategies, and psychodynamic principles. This flexible approach allows me to tailor our work to your specific needs, whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating major life transitions.
My clinical approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard, supported, and respected. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and narrative therapy—tailoring our work to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
