Great to meet you!

I’m here to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to share your story, deepen your understanding, and move forward with strength and purpose

My approach to therapy

I work with children, teens, and adults using an integrative therapy style that draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), art and play therapy, solution-focused strategies, and psychodynamic principles. This flexible approach allows me to tailor our work to your specific needs, whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

My clinical approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard, supported, and respected. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and narrative therapy—tailoring our work to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful catalyst for healing and personal growth. Through this connection, I aim to empower clients by helping them gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and reconnect with their inner strengths.

At the core of my work is a commitment to supporting meaningful, sustainable change—while honoring each person’s story, voice, and pace.
