Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward mental health care can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. I'm Lilian Bamgbose, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 17 years of healthcare experience, including over five years specializing in psychiatric mental health care.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, mood disorders, stress, and other mental health concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized because I believe effective treatment begins with understanding you as a whole person, not just your symptoms.

Together, we'll develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Whether that includes medication management, supportive therapy, or both, my focus is on helping you build lasting skills, improve daily functioning, and achieve meaningful, long-term wellness.

My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your care. Whether you're seeking answers, greater emotional balance, or simply a place to begin, I'm here to partner with you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe the best outcomes come from working together to develop a personalized plan that reflects your goals, values, and unique experiences. My care combines comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, thoughtful medication management when appropriate, and supportive therapy to help you build practical skills, improve daily functioning, and achieve lasting emotional wellness.

Treatment Focus:

• Client-centered, collaborative, and individualized care

• Evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management when clinically appropriate

• Supportive therapy integrated into medication management visits

• Psychoeducation and practical coping strategies to build resilience and promote lasting change

• Focus on treating the whole person with an emphasis on long-term wellness rather than short-term symptom relief

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll take time to discuss your current concerns, personal and medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your unique needs and supports your path toward improved mental health.

Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring your progress, reviewing how your treatment is working, and making thoughtful adjustments when needed. Each visit provides an opportunity to address new concerns, strengthen coping skills through supportive therapy, and ensure your care continues to align with your goals as you move toward lasting wellness.
