Lilian Adaobi Elem, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in Texas, Arizona, and Washington State, with DEA registration in Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Midwestern State University and a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health from Walden University.
Her nursing career encompasses a diverse range of clinical experiences, including pediatric nursing, public health, home health care, and psychiatric nursing within both inpatient hospital settings and outpatient practices. This breadth of experience allows her to approach patient care with a comprehensive, culturally informed, and developmentally sensitive perspective.
As a PMHNP, Lilian provides comprehensive medication management and psychotherapy to individuals across the lifespan—supporting children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with diverse mental health needs. She is committed to evidence-based practice, collaborative treatment planning, and fostering a therapeutic environment that empowers patients and families to achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in their mental health and overall well-being.
