Great to meet you!
Nice to meet you! My name is Lilian Jacques and I provide depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults navigating life transitions, loss, and adjustment-related stress. My work emphasizes emotional regulation, insight, and psychological growth, helping clients develop a more grounded and meaningful relationship with themselves and others.
I am deeply committed to supporting healing through emotional insight, relational awareness, and symbolic understanding. My therapy sessions integrate depth psychology with cognitive and somatic approaches, offering space that is both reflective and practical, where insight can translate into real change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona and Florida with advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experience and Jungian-informed approaches.
In addition to my MSW from Arizona State University, I hold a Master's degree in History and Philosophy of Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Arizona. This interdisciplinary background informs my clinical work by bringing intellectual depth, curiosity, and sensitivity to meaning-making processes.
I have worked internationally in both health and education and I speak five languages including Spanish. My language skills allow me to offer a broad culturally attuned perspective to psychotherapy.
My mission is to accompany each client with care and presence as they move toward greater psychological integration, resilience, and personal transformation.
