Aspen Leaf Holistic Mental Health is a Psychiatric practice that focuses on Integrative and Holistic Psychiatry.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in the psychiatric field ranging from child and adult inpatient care to community mental health crisis stabilization and substance abuse treatment. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Colorado State University in Pueblo, Colorado. I decided to further my career by attending the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs, where I earned my degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Doctorate in population health with an emphasis in Psychiatry.

I believe in creating an individualized plan of care that values client involvement, interprofessional collaboration, and evidence-based practice. My goal is to be supportive and non-judgmental and treat my clients with respect and dignity by empowering them through supportive education in a stigma-free environment.

My clients should expect their initial encounter to include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, determination of treatment goals, and education about diagnosis and available treatment options.
