I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with experience working with children, youth, adults, and families. I acquired her Bachelor of Arts in English Language and a Post graduate certificate in Education, and taught high school for four years in Cameroon. I went back to school upon my relocation to the United States of America and graduated from The State University of New York at Stony Brook with a master’s degree in Social Work and a certificate in Trauma.
I believe that the work of therapy is about cultivating a wholesome relationship with oneself and with others in the community, to live a happy and meaningful life. I understand how major life transitions, anxiety, depression, addiction, and self-esteem challenges can leave us feeling isolated from the rest of the world.
Through the use of strength-based therapy, art therapy, mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, and CBT, I will assist you address your needs and guide you on the path to finding inner peace.
