Lilian Trifena

Great to meet you! I’m Lilian Trifena, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I primarily offer Medication Management. I started my nursing career in 2019 in acute care and went on to earn my MSN in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2024. I see adults with a variety of mental health concerns, with a special interest and experience in OCD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I really value getting to know my patients, meeting them where they are, and working together to find a treatment plan that feels right for them.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. While medication management is my main focus, I also incorporate supportive psychotherapy into visits and take time to understand the bigger picture of what each patient is experiencing. This allows me to create a treatment plan that considers both medication and therapeutic support, tailored to each patient’s needs, preferences, and goals.

Think of your first appointment as a chance for us to get to know each other! We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’ve been experiencing, your mental health history, and what you’re hoping to get out of treatment. There are no “perfect” answers—just come as you are! My goal is to create a warm, comfortable space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we figure out the next steps together.
