Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor. I love walking alongside my clients going through fertility hurdles, pregnancy, postpartum, life transitions, battling anxiety, depression, processing trauma, or fighting burn-out. I strive to provide you with a compassionate, non-judgemental space to work through life. I am particularly interested in working with women’s issues, including maternal mental health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a person-centered approach with interventions including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy. I am trauma-informed, an LGBTQ+ ally, and culturally sensitive.

What you can expect from our first session

I am truly passionate about my role as your therapist. My goal is to empower you to make meaningful and fulfilling life changes. I aim to provide you with an open and warm space that helps you feel at ease when discussing your challenges. I give homework and push you to apply learned techniques outside of session. I feel privileged to help you navigate through deep healing and significant personal growth.
