Great to meet you!

I'm not just your therapist — I'm a mama who has been in the trenches too. After navigating my own postpartum experience and the heartbreak of pregnancy loss, I found my purpose: walking alongside mothers and families during some of life's most tender and transforming moments. Raising my amazing autistic son has also deepened my understanding of what it means to parent with love, resilience, and a whole lot of grace.

I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen — not judged, not rushed, just held. My approach is rooted in authenticity and compassion, creating a space where your full story is welcome. Whether you are struggling with postpartum depression, anxiety, grief, or the emotional weight of a special needs diagnosis, you do not have to carry it alone.

This work is personal to me. And that's exactly why I show up the way I do.

My approach to therapy

I show up to every session as a therapist first and as a human being always. My approach is warm, culturally informed, and deeply rooted in authenticity and compassion. I believe that healing happens when you feel truly seen, not rushed or judged, and I work hard to create that kind of space from the very first session.

I draw from evidence based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Functional Family Therapy (FFT), tailoring my approach to what works best for you and your unique story. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach because your experience isn't one size fits all.

Sessions are offered in both English and Spanish, and I am currently in the process of obtaining my Perinatal Mental Health Certification to further deepen my clinical expertise in this area.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and welcoming space where we get to know each other. Think of it as a conversation, not an interview, where you can share what’s been on your heart and mind, and I’ll listen with curiosity and compassion. We’ll explore what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and I’ll answer any questions you have about the process or my approach. My goal is for you to leave feeling lighter, understood, and hopeful that you don’t have to walk this journey alone.
