Great to meet you!

Life can bring stress, change, and challenges that feel overwhelming, and seeking support is a brave first step. As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I help children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions.Together, we’ll work on building resilience, finding balance, and creating space for healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I create a supportive space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. I believe in meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels comfortable. We’ll work together on the goals that matter most to you, while building simple tools you can use to manage stress, improve relationships, and find balance in daily life. My goal is to help you feel stronger and more hopeful as you move forward.

What you can expect from me

our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to understand your goals, challenges, and the kind of support you’re looking for, as well as the strengths you already have that we can build on. There’s no pressure to share more than you feel ready for, and together we’ll start creating a plan that feels realistic and supportive. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, encouraged, and hopeful about the steps ahead.
