Great to meet you!

Hi! I am Liliana Palacios, a licensed therapist in Texas with a multicultural background, having been born in Mexico. With over 17 years of experience as a counselor, I am passionate and committed to providing support and understanding in a non-judgmental environment conducive to my clients' growth and healing.

I look forward to working alongside you to get you where you want and deserve to be.

In good health,

Liliana

My approach to therapy

I've spent the last 17 years accompanying people from all walks of life on their healing journey, their troubles and successes, cheering them on and guiding them through thick and thin.

I want all my clients to feel heard, understood, and seen. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you can share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy.

I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while remaining secure and understood. From there, we’ll work together during the following sessions to make your goals a reality.
