My name is Liliana Vacio. I am a licensed therapist in Texas with 9 years of experience providing compassionate and effective mental health care. I am working towards my certification with EMDR and will start Level 1 on IFS next year. I continue expanding my knowledge to help each client's needs and treatment goals.
Every client is different, so we will develop individual treatment plans that fit each client's needs with various modalities, including EMDR, Stress Management, CBT, etc. I strive to help clients achieve emotional well-being and personal growth.
