Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, especially when life feels heavy and overwhelming. Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted—struggling with sleepless nights, difficulty focusing, or waves of sadness and anxiety that seem to come without warning. Some have carried the weight of trauma for years, while others are navigating the challenges of mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, or PTSD.
