Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Lilla Jones. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I offer both in person and virtual sessions. My passion lies in helping those in the LGBTQIA community as well as those dealing with chronic pain, specifically endometriosis. I also work with those facing life transitions, anxiety and OCD. I have 8 years of experience working as a counselor and would love to chat to see if we could be a good fit.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as Solution Focused and Person Centered Therapy. In certain cases I use a more tailored approach such as Gay/Gender Affirmative Therapy (GAT) in addition to Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) to work with client who suffer from chronic illness/pain.

What you can expect from me

The process of healing and change can be uncomfortable. My goal is to provide a sense of safety, trust, respect and compassion to each and every one of my clients. My commitment to you or your loved one is to instill hope that change IS possible. I will encourage and empower you along the way and help you come up with concrete goals and strategies to accomplish those goals! Reach out today and let's make a plan.
